Hotel Reservations & Revenue Executive

Location: Chennai

Job Summary

We are looking for a Hotel Reservations & Revenue Executive to manage hotel bookings, room inventory, OTA platforms, pricing updates, occupancy tracking, and revenue reporting. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in hotel reservation systems and online distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily room bookings and reservations across all channels.
• Maintain room availability and inventory.
• Update pricing and promotions on OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia, etc.).
• Monitor occupancy, booking trends, and revenue performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly booking, occupancy, and revenue reports.
• Track sales performance by booking source and OTA.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and rate parity across all channels.
• Coordinate with the Front Office team regarding reservation updates when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, or OTA operations.
• Knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager, and OTA extranets.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
